Upload and Download Option does not Display When Using Excel Interface in Data Management (Doc ID 2606564.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to upload or download the excel file using Excel Interface under Data Management.


Steps to reproduce the issue
--------------------------------

1. Access Workspace and click on Navigate -> Administer -> Data Management

2. Goto Setup tab

3. Click on Excel Interface

4. It does not show the application folder i.e inbox, outbox folder, so user is unable to upload the file.
