Regenerate ODI Scenario for Open Interface Adopter fails with "An error occured" Post Database Migration (Doc ID 2606689.1)

Symptoms

On: 11.1.2.3.700 version, Performance

Post database migration to a New Server(Domain) and after the successful configuration of FMDEE pointing to the New Database, even though all the components in FDMEE  work fine, the users are unable to perform Regenerate ODI Scenario for "Open Interface Adopter". It fails with error "An error occurred"
