Symptoms
- OBIS1 process is down and will not start.
- The process is not crashing, and there are no core dump files generated (even though the system is configured to allow them).
- The obis1.out file does not capture enough root cause information in this case.
- nqsserver_xxxxxx_crashreport.txt files are inconclusive without backtrace information.
For OBI, the following error is found in the obis1-diagnostic.log:
