Unable to See "Explore" After Installation of 11.1.2.4 EPM Reporting And Analysis (Doc ID 2612505.1)

Symptoms

When logging to EPM Workspace, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1) Startup document does not exists in the repository.

2) A 'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.
