Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.4.009 version, Installation

When logging to EPM Workspace,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1)Startup document does not exists in the repository.

2)A'Not Found' error occurred communicating with the server.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Explore module.
