In Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Error Appears When Trying To Upload Large Metadata Files: "Please select a file" (Doc ID 2613472.1)

Symptoms

1. Login to Workspace and open the HFM application.
2. Under the "Load Application Elements" tab, click on "Metadata".
3. Click "Browse".
4. Navigate to the directory containing the data file on the local machine.
5. Click "Open".

The selected file briefly flashes on the Workspace screen and then disappears. When attempting to Scan/Load the metadata, the following error appears: "Please select a file".
