Symptoms

Unable to access shared service console, Getting "The required application module 'cas.containers.tadpole' is not configured" error.

FoundationService0.log shows following error,

Applied the WLS Patch Set Update (PSU) from October 2019. This issue is expected to continue going forward with the new PSUs.
