Symptoms

Importing jar using migration-tool failed with the TransformBarException:

An error occurred during import: Plugin metadata -- oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBarException: Transformation failed. Check logs for failure messages.
Import failed: Plugin metadata -- oracle.bi.migration.plugin.metadata.TransformBarException: Transformation failed. Check logs for failure messages.
