Essbase: Assign Access control Icons are not displayed in Shared Services Console (Doc ID 2626650.1)

Symptoms

Shared Services and Essbase Admin Services (EAS) are deployed on different servers.  When accessing Shared services console, Right click on Essbase Application and Assign Access Control, the icons are not displayed for assign access control buttons.
