OBIEE 12c : While Saving Google Analytics Connection to DV Fails With "Internal Query Error" (Doc ID 2627183.1)

While creating connection to Google Analytics(GA) for DV, authorization completes successfully. But when trying to save the connection, it fails with below error :

Failed to save the connection.
Internal query error. 


The bi_server1-diagnostic.log file shows the following error -

Cause - Invalid cipher key is used
Action - Check the cipher key in {0}<init>(<init>(<init>(
sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)...
