OBIEE 12.2.1.4.x: Unable To Login Into BI Publisher Through Database Authentication (Doc ID 2630474.1)

Symptoms

After implementing ready only SQL authentication in fmw using the below link.

Able to login to obiee analytics using database users but not able to login to BI publisher using the database users instead getting below error.

ERROR:

The server can not be used due to a configuration error, please contact the administrator. If you are the administrator, please consult BI Publisher user guide for proper configuration.

java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service"
