OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 : Upgraded EBS Records (11i --> 12R) Are Not Fetched By AP ETL Mappings (Doc ID 2633731.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Business Intelligence Applications on : 11.1.1.10.2 version, DataWarehouse

Trying to bring last 5 years of AP/AR data in the Data warehouse using OBIA out of box mappings.
While doing the reconciliations of AP Supplier Balances with EBS, found that invoices/payments records that were upgraded from 11i --> 12R, are not fetched by OBIA ETL Mappings.
On further checking the SQLs, it's found that there is a filter "UPG_BATCH_ID IS NULL" applied in the mappings which is restricting the records.
Due to this, Supplier balance are not coming correctly for some supplier.
