Symptoms

Unable to connect to Essbase when configured on a Failover mode.

Essbase version 11.1.2.4 and Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release Version 19.3.0.0.0(12.2.0.3)

The leasemanager_essbase_<HOSTNAME>.log has the below errors:
