Symptoms

While signed into Workspace, Web Studio doesn't appear on the Tools Menu.

The agent log shows an error: "Database Server error...Error establishing socket to host and port: ip-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX.host.name:1433. Reason: Connection timed out: connect".
