On : 12.2.5.4 version, Integration

Cannot connect to OBIEE 12c instance from DVD (proxy settings)

Unable to connect to OBIEE instances from Data Visualization Desktop, which is connected with system proxy used  (system standard defined in domain policies).
When trying to define connection to any proxy OBIEE12c instance,its failing with this activity - getting very generic error message:
When dumping logs from DVD (using diagnostic_dump.cmd), jetty.log is showing following error:
