Symptoms

Deletes in the W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS table is not reflecting properly in the W_SUPERVISOR_D table

Deletes happening in the supervisor/manager data is captured correctly in the W_FSN_WEVT_SUP_PS table. The columns like DELETE_FLG, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE and EFFECTIVE_TO_DT columns are updated and adjusted accordingly to the deleted rows. When this is pushed to the target table W_SUPERVISOR_D, the deletes are not properly captured and thus causing a integrity issue.
