When try to initialize the Source System as EBS in FDMEE, it fails.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------

1. Access Workspace -> Navigate -> Administer -> Data Management
2. Goto Source System
3. Click on Initialize (for EBS setup)
4. It has failed with the above error.
