OAS: Creating The BIPLATFORM RCU Database Schema In An Oracle 11G Database Fails With ORA-00984 (Doc ID 2650315.1)

Symptoms

As per the Administering Oracle Analytics Server 5.5.0 documentation (F24224-04, February 2020) > Appendix A Certification Information > RCU Databases Supported by Oracle Analytics Server ... See the Oracle 11.2+ Database is listed

However, the creation of the BIPLATFORM Database Schema fails via the Repository Creation Utility (RCU) and the following error is observed in the rcu.log file:-

ERROR assistants.rcu.backend.action.AbstractAction: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.action.AbstractAction::handleNonIgnorableError: Received Non-Ignorable Error: java.sql.SQLException: Error running SQL commands in script /rcu/oracle/search/createtables-bisearch.sql

ERROR assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask::run: RCU Operation Failed
oracle.sysman.assistants.common.task.TaskExecutionException:
ERROR - RCU-6135 Error while executing Java action.
CAUSE - RCU-6135 An error occurred while trying to execute Java action.
ACTION - RCU-6135 Check the java action for the component or contact the system administrator.
