Symptoms
You are trying to upgrade OBIEE from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
All installation has been completed and required patch has been applied by refer KM 2153433.1
But when execute command $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/upgrade/bin/ua -readiness
Below error message populated
