What changes to be made or how to point OBIEE 12c application on Windows to a new database (secondary database which has a different hostname/IP) when the Primary database goes down.

In case the DB2 Primary Database Server becomes unavailable, and want to route the OBIEE 12c Services to a Secondary DB2 Database which has the same DB Name for OBI and MDS and is in sync with primary database but with a different DB Hostname/IP.
