Symptoms

You are unable to create a new Agent or edit existing agents after applying OBIEE 12.2.1.3.2000114 bundle patch:

Patch 30499022 OBI BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.3.200114

When you click on Credit Agent or try to modify an existing agent, Analytics just hangs and it does not take you to the agent creation or agent edition screens.

 

The following errors appear in the logs:
