OAS: Unable To Export Analyses After Upgrade from 12c

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You have upgraded your system from 12c (any release) to OAS 5.5. When trying to export the results of an analysis, in any format, you get the popup saying that the export completed successfully but you never get an option to save the file.
