Restart may not Work Properly in the System Settings Page (Doc ID 2670602.1)

Symptoms

On OAS 5.5, users can configure several advanced service-level options by clicking System Settings in the Oracle Analytics Server Console System Settings page.

The system settings page has "Restart" button to restart server components that use properties modified in the page.
The button is located at the right top of the page and it will be enabled once the servers need to be restarted.

When tried to restart the server components via system settings page, the start operation may not be performed even it looked as if the server restarted successfully.
When this symptom occurs, the following output is observed in bi_server<N>-diagnostic.log
