 When trying to upload a repository the process fails with this error:

$ ./datamodel.sh uploadrpd -I <repository> -SI <service_instance> -U <username> -P <user_password>

An exception (java.io.ioexception: execute query failed[nqserror: 43113] message returned from obis.
[nqserror: 94646] failed to acquire datamodel lock in css.) occurred during execution, please check server logs for more detailed information.
