On Oracle Business Intelligence Application v 7.9.6.4 / Informatica 9.6.1

 

When migrating informatica repository database from One database to another database and restoring it, the below error occurs

ERROR

[ICMD_10033] Command [RestoreDomain] failed with error [[INFASETUP_10039] Cannot  restore the domain because of the following error: [PERSISTENCEAPI_0307] [BACKUPRESTORE_0001]. The file input or output operation failed or was interrupted during backup or restore of the repository. This was caused by Connection timed out: connect.].
