Data Visualization Reload Of File-based (CVS/Excel) Data Set Does Not Work W/o Performing Inspect First (Doc ID 2683753.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.5.0 version, Analytics

For Data Visualization, performing a reload of file-based (CVS/Excel) data set does not work and seems to hang. 
 

When you want to reload (meaning perform re-upload corresponding data file) data set for file-based data sets - using "Reload Data" from Data Set menu,
the reload seems "stuck" in dialog window. After a while, if you click on Cancel button, another popup window shows up with message:


"A general error was found. We've encountered an unexpected error. If the issue persists, please contact support."
