Error While Creating a Database Connection on a Multi Domain Environment (Doc ID 2684311.1)

Symptoms

You have installed, in the same server, two (or more) Oracle Homes and from them created multiple Domain Homes.  Each combination of Oracle Home/Domain Home uses a different OS account.

You can create Database connections from one of the domains but when trying to create a connection from the other(s) this error is displayed:

Failed to save the connection.
Cause: Internal error java.lang.reflect.invocationTargetException from processor method DatasourceService verifyconnection Action: Contact Oracle support
