Symptoms
While Loading the Rule file(.rle) to HFM application, it failed with an error "EPMHFM-66030: An unexpected communication error has occurred". Below error can be seen in the HFM Application ODL Logs when starting the application.

Additionally, when loading rules the application, XFMDatasource.exe will crash. Windows Event Viewer will show the AppCrash Event for XFMDatasource.exe.
