DRM - "Can't Reach This Page" Error Occurs While Accessing The Web Client In Browser

Symptoms
Installed and configured DRM 11.2.1 on a new server.
Installation and configuration were successful, but unable to access DRM web client.
When accessing DRM web client using the URL http://localhost/drm-web-client/ it is redirecting to http://localhost/drm-web-client/Error.aspx?hs=500 and the error in the webpage is "Can't reach this page".
DRM services are running fine without any errors.
