Symptoms
After upgrade from OBI 11g to OBI 12c (12.2.1.4), the same exports to Excel that were working on 11g are failing on 12c (12.2.1.4) with:
"There was an error processing your download. Please check with your administrator"
The xdo debug logs include errors such as:
