Symptoms

A user has all the necessary previlages but unable to login into Admin tool of OBIEE12c,Where as all other users are able to login to Admin Tool

Error generated when user attempts to logon to OBIEE:
Logon failed due to: [nQSError: 13006] User does not have all the privileges
