Symptoms

When trying to launch the Oracle BI Administrator (BI Developer Client Tool) in online mode, it errors with:

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Browse to $BIDomain\bitools\bin
  2. Launch admintool.cmd
  3. Select File > Open > Online (or select the blue folder icon)
