Symptoms

Testing LDAP connection in RPD online mode fails with below error. However it succeeds in offline mode.

"A file or directory in the path name does not exist. [53001] LDAP initialization failure"

The issue persists even after following the steps provided in the documents - Doc ID 2393374.1 and Doc ID 2321685.1, ldapus.msb file is missing in the server.
