Crystal Ball: Crystal Ball Trial License Expires After Two Weeks and Cannot Switch to Purchased License (Doc ID 2699470.1)

Symptoms

The trial license does not have an expiration date but after 15 days, it will
say the license is expired. They need to uninstall and reinstall the system.
They are not able to switch to the purchased license.

When customer opens excel and clicks on Crystal Ball > Help > About, it shows
the trial license is in effect. When they open excel and click on Crystal
Ball > Help > Resources > Licensing > View Existing Licenses, they get the
following:

Even though there is no expiry date, after 15 days it will stop working and
say the trial license is expired.

License for: entire machine
