Symptoms

BI Admin tool 12.2.1.3.0 and above is taking more time to apply the changes done on the Business Model and Mapping layer (BMM) layer in offline mode.

This is only happening after upgrading to 12.2.1.3.

 Upgraded to OBIEE 12.2.1.3.
