Symptoms

You are trying to upload a repository and are getting this error:

$ cd <DOMAIN_HOME>/bitools/bin
$ ./datamodel.sh uploadrpd -I <rpd> -SI <service_instance> -U <username> -P <password>
...
Post uploadrpd REST with url: null/v1/si/ssi/rpd/uploadrpd
An unknown exception occurred: URI is not absolute
