Symptoms
After changing the temporary directory in the xdo.cfg configuration file, export to Excel fails with the following errors:
- The environment is a multi-node cluster.
- The issue is intermittent.
- When changing the xdo.cfg to a unique temporary directory path from a node other than node1, it is observed that at restart the value changes back to what was entered from the other node.
Changes
Each node in the cluster was configured with a unique temporary directory structure due to limited space in the default (/tmp)
For example: /server1/tmp, /server2/tmp
