After Configuring Customizations In Managed Themes, Fonts and Styles Are Large and Jumbled On Analysis and Dashboards (Doc ID 2701886.1)

Symptoms

When configuring and customizing the look and feel of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) via 'Administration' > 'Managed Themes', when viewing or creating a new Analysis/Dashboard, the font on the pages is larger in some areas and the words run over the top of each other, which makes the screen impossible to read.

The following error is produced and can be observed in browser web developer tools or HTTP Archive (HAR) output.





The issue only occurs when accessing the /analytics URL(s) via a Proxy or Load Balancer and HTTPs. The issue does not occur when bypassing or accessing directly.
