After Upgrade, Issue With Time-stamp Data Insert On START_TS Column In S_NQ_ACCT Table (Doc ID 2702389.1)

Symptoms

After OBIEE 11g to OBIEE 12c Upgrade, intermittent issue seen on START_TS column of Usage Tracking S_NQ_ACCT table :

Time-stamp HH:MM:SS inserts as 00:00:00 in START_TS column when report executes on particular date and time as seen below.

        


STEPS
-------

  1. Login to Analytics with any user
  2. Go to catalog and run some report
  3. It attempts to insert time stamp data with HH:MM in START_TS column on S_NQ_ACCT table under the BIPLATFORM Schema
  4. sometimes time stamp data HH:MM is capturing as 00:00

Changes

 Upgrade from 11g to 12c
