Application Roles Do Not Take Effect For Active Directory And Default LDAP Users (Doc ID 2708753.1)

Symptoms

Newly assigned application roles do not take effect immediately for active directory as well as default LDAP users. Though the steps provided in the below documents are followed, still unable to see application roles in EM.

Changes

 The metadata was migrated from OBIEE 11.1.1.7.x instance using migration tools and *.jar file.
