Symptoms
On OBIEE12c, during executing config.sh, it fails on BI Startup Step.
Some system components cannot be started even if starting manually.
Following error messages are outputted in log files of OBIPS,OBIS,and JavaHost.
In presentation server log (sawlog0.log), following error message can be seen.
