Symptoms
Not able to download RPD after enabling SSL using custom certificates.
The below error message got logged in bi-lcm-rest.log
Operation failed.
An exception (Error changing rpd task, exit value = 1, Version 12.2.1.4.0
[nQSError: 46136] Could not load CSF library libnqcsfwrapper64.so.
) occurred during execution, please check server logs for more detailed information.
System exit code: 1
