OBIA 12c - ODI Agent Failed - "ODI-23006: Agent Test failed" (Doc ID 2712923.1)

Symptoms

After installing OBIA 11.1.1.10.3, when testing the ODI agent from the ODI Studio, the test fails with the error:  ODI-23006: Agent Test failed

The issue can be reproduced by testing the connection to the ODI agent either from the ODI Studio, the ODI Console & BIACM.
