Symptoms
When trying to use the AGGREGATE AT Function ALONG WITH PERCENTAGE or When nesting the TODATE Function inside IFNULL Function as a NON ADMIN user, receiving error message
NOTE: User having 'BIServiceAdministrator' can edit the analysis and the
error does not occur.
Also, NON ADMIN users can open this report but "edit" is an issue.
