Symptoms
Oracle Business Intelligence not authenticating credentials when using Essbase as a datasource
Using Essbase as a datasource in OBIEE and select the BI Username / Password Passthrough for the Essbase authentication method.
The RPD connnection pool is set to shared logon and have entered the variables :USER and :PASSWORD for username and password.
Since this has been enabled, the queries are generating the following errors: Query Status: [nQSError: 96002] Essbase Error: Login fails due to invalid login credentials and [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed:
