When Exporting Analysis To Excel-Getting Error "java.io.IOException: No space left on device" (Doc ID 2718531.1)

Symptoms

In OBIEE 12.2.1.4, unable to export Analysis to Excel that has 13 columns and over 870,000 rows. Only 65,000 rows got exported to Excel. Exporting this Analysis to CSV file has no issue.
