DRM Installation Prerequisites For NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS In 11.2.x (Doc ID 2721823.1)

Goal

As per Oracle documentation for DRM 11.2.x installation prerequisite, if the repository is set up on an Oracle database, then it should be configured with below NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS:

NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET - AL16UTF16
NLS_CHARACTERSET - AL32UTF8

But for 11.1.2.4 DRM installation prerequisite, above NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS need not to be set.
Could please let us know why there is difference in both versions and why it is needed to set above parameters for 11.2.x?
