Goal

Have installed OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 on a new  server and following the instructions in the OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 Installation Guide, which specifically states not to run the OBIEE 12c config.sh.

How then is the OBIEE 12.2.1.4 configured?
