Symptoms
During installation and configuration of OAS 5.5, the below error is encountered when running RCU for OAS:
ERROR majel.data.flyway: oracle.bi.majel.data.flyway.FlywayProvider::baseline: failed to perform baseline check
org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Unable to scan for SQL migrations in location: classpath:oracle/bi/majel/schema/oracle
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: <ORACLE_HOME>\oracle_common\..\bi\plugins\servicelcm\bi-servicelcm-majel-plugin.jar (The system cannot find the path specified)
Steps followed:
- Installed jdk-8u261-windows-x64.exe
- Installed Oracle WebLogic Server 12c (12.2.1.4) Generic
- Applied the patch 30657796
- Installed Oracle_Analytics_Server_Windows_5.5.0.zip
- Invoked rcu and encountering the above error.
