Symptoms

After upgrading to OBIEE12c 12.2.1.4, presentation server(OBIPS) is not able to start.

In sawlog file, following error message can be seen.

Changes

 Upgraded to OBIEE 12c 12.2.1.4 from a previous 12c release.
