Symptoms

The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Environment has SSL Offloading setup at OHS Webserver.  After SSL configuration, the EAS Console fails to launch, errors with:

Exception:
com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: https://OHSWebServer:SSLPort/easconsole/eas_client.jar

Wrapped Exception:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: KeyUsage does not allow key encipherment
